Gary Wilson passed away May 19th, 2003, so his sons Gary and Ryan
thought it would be awesome if they could do something to honour
their father’s memory while giving back to the community through helping
kids less fortunate be able to play hockey, a sport which was responsible for
giving the boys such great memories with their Dad.
The memories formed by Ryan and Gary with their Dad at the rink will
last a lifetime, and they believe no child should be denied the opportunity
to build their own memories due to financial burdens.
We believe all kids should have the opportunity to follow their dreams, and so the GW Foundation was formed.
We work diligently to enlist the assistance of local partners to aid in our fundraising goals so that we may consistently grow to ensure the growth of our youth.
Our Donation Program was created to give back to the communities who have given us so much.
In 2018 we expanded to two courses! We enjoyed everyone’s spirit, enthusiasm and willingness to help support our cause. A BIG Thank You goes out to all of our sponsors, volunteers and the golfers that attend and help our event become a success year after......
